Jim Daley - Chairman
Mr Daley has extensive experience in the energy sector on the creation, structuring and management of transactions and companies. He was instrumental in the development and listing of two public companies on the London Stock Exchange. Mr Daley founded Masefield, an energy company with a global presence active in the trading of fossil fuels and biofuels. Mr Daley was also a Partner and Global Head of Crude Oil Trading at Marc Rich & Co (now Glencore plc) where he developed major commercial trading business with oil producers and energy companies globally.

Quadrise plc
As a founder investor in this project in the development stage, Quadrise developed MSAR and bioMSAR fuels., a clearer, cheaper and environmental alternative fuel. Today Quadrise is developing and supplying of MSAR and bioMSAR to the marine and shipping industry, utilities and heavy industry.

Masefield AG
In addition to fossil fuel trading, Masefield developed a biofuels supply chain, including storage and blending for the European market. The business was sold to Ambrian plc who continued to grow and develop the business.

Nautical Petroleum plc
A hydrocarbon exploration and development company listed on the London Stock Exchange and purchased in 2012 by Cairn Energy (now Capricorn Energy plc).​​​
Steve Jenkins - Technical Management Advisor
Mr Jenkins, a geologist by profession, has extensive experience in the commercial, operations (including infrastructure construction, repairs and relocations) and strategic aspects of managing oil and gas companies with exploration and production in emerging markets. Mr Jenkins has formidable leaderships skills and has managed several M&A transactions in the energy industry.

Mr Jenkins holds a number of executive and non-executive positions on the boards of public and private companies and is widely recognised as one of the most capable oil and gas executives in the UK.
Frederick P Jones - Gas Commercialisation Advisor
Mr Jones is an Investor, a Global Business Leader and Entrepreneur with 50+ years of experience in the energy space. Founder shareholder of Marc Rich + Co (now Glencore plc) in 1974, one of the world’s biggest commodity traders. He is also the founder and former CEO of Delfin Midstream, Inc., the first and only permitted floating liquefaction project in the USA. Mr Jones has vast international experience in the energy industry and is an advisor to the USLNG Association (LNG Allies), an independent non-government body based in Washington and has held a number of senior advisory roles including a former Strategic Energy Advisor to The President of OPEC.

Mr Jones also has extensive commercial experience of more than 40 years in developing countries including Nigeria and Angola’s energy sector.
